Apparently, Nadya sought advice from Charles Sheen, an actor that coined the term "winning" and an expert in making quick money.
We caught up with Sheen, who told Mumble About that he had explained everything to the Octomom about the "rocket fuel that lives in the tip of my saber." After the initial confusion and embarrassment wore off, the Octomom said that she knew exactly what Charles meant by "rocket fuel", and that she was on a mission to bring more joy to this world by having more children.
