The poster boy for sanity has just run out of luck. Evidently, Mel Gibson was charged with misdemeanor battery for his assault on the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva. It is not likely that Gibson will see a day in jail, however, it might just tame the now 55 year old, former Mad Max. We're pulling for you Mel! Keep a Brave Heart!
