It's nice to know that among the sea of remakes, there is some good original content on the market still. As long as there are actors like Leo and directors like ol' Clint this industry will stay somewhat redeemable in my eyes.

Alright they're not in character, but still that title demands attention. The Expendables, if you didn't already know, is one of the most manliest movies ever and it was released just last year. It had an all-star cast of action movie legends. From stars like Sylvester Stallone (who also co-wrote the film) to Jet-Li this film is the epitome of awesome explosion movies.

Crazy, Stupid, Love Movie Review

This past Monday -- the first of August – I treated myself to some air-conditioning and a bucket of laughs. Crazy, Stupid, Love is an easy-going comedy centered on the messiness of love and how we all have to find our way and stumble around our own shifting identities. Love stars Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Julianne Moore and Emma Stone. I’d rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Good for date night or an afternoon with pals. Or, in my case, all by my sweet little ole self.

Bad Teacher gets 4 out of 5 stars. I had a chance to see Bad Teacher last night. Actually, I almost missed it.
Theater number one (AMC Santa Anita 16 in Arcadia, CA) was packed to capacity at 8:40PM. The only seats that were
left were the break neck seats up front. We broke some speed laws to get to the next one (Harkins Chino Hills 18
in Chino Hills, CA) at 9:30PM. It was worth it!
